Current TOD Projects

Several Transit Oriented Development projects are well under way in Irving, and more are on the drawing board. The City’s commitment to TOD progressive growth is reflected through public-private partnerships, a tax increment finance district, progressive zoning and the City’s own role as both developer and master developer.
