Residential
Residential development is an important component of Irving’s TOD Plan. Residence developments shall have a minimum density of 60 dwelling units per acre or be within a building a minimum of five stories tall if adjacent to the transit station. The density may be decreased with distance from the station as long as the overall density of the portion of the entire development within one-half mile of the transit station is at least 40 dwelling units per acre.
